About

My name is Alexandra Coburn I am a biracial actor born and raised in Toronto. My father immigrated from the Caribbean island Trinidad and Tobago and my mother is a first generation Canadian, her parents immigrated to Canada after World War 2 from Britain and Poland. 

I am now Vancouver-based and a UBCP/ACTRA member.

I play Sam in The Regent Park Project, a dramatic web series based on true stories from a downtown Toronto inner-city neighbourhood. In addition to acting, I helped co-write and served as art director (Whimsical Productions - Release Jan/17). 

I have booked roles in several commercials including, Budweiser Canada and Diet Coke Canada. 

I went to Rosedale Heights School of the Arts (Go Ravens!) with a focus in dramatic arts. I have continued my studies at acting studios across Canada including, Beaty Street Studios, AMAW Vancouver, The Pro Actors Lab, Second City, The Actors Foundry, Instant Theatre Company and with Voice Coach Trish Allen.
